Background of Roll-a-Ball

 

        For this project, a progam known as Unity was used to create a basic videogame. During this project, we learned how to create a game enviorment, how object interact with eachother and how to do some basic C# scrpting. The most challanging part of this project was the scripting. This is because when the coding was entered in, the text had to be perfectly typed and spaced. If the scripting was not perfectrly entered,the game would not run or function properly. In addition, we then added a message at the end of the game that would display once the player had collect all the balls. Once we had finished all the scripting and adding gameobjects, we were given the task to make our games unique and add our own textures. The final component of this project was to create a build version of the Unity game and make it into a html file that could be opened on an internet browser. Overall, I really enjoyed this project and hope to do something else with Unity in the future.
